Doesn't factory stock only allow for three mods to the original factory setup? Including engine, body, driveline?

82GT, TorkerII intake,Holley exhaust w/dumps,Hedmanheaders,carter600,88 block and T-5. Will post more when I find out more as I've had the car only two weeks.
