Your speed density system is a hell of a lot more flexible (with some tuning) than most people give credit for. It's become quite the myth that you cannot run heads, or an intake, or a cam, or a supercharger, or this or that on a SD system. That's all it is though, a myth. With proper tuning they can get you well into the 12's, there are people on this board who can testify to that.

You should talk to Trick Flow about possible interference, but that cam looks pretty mild to me, so I really doubt it.

Anyway, you'll need an AFPR to adjust fuel pressure so you can trick the SD computer system, but I'd certainly try it with SD first, especially if you are on a budget. As far as your system being streetable, I see no reason why it wouldn't be. The cam isn't wild, so I'd expect you to get around just fine.

88workcar is still running around the board, although it seems he may have maxxed the SD system out. Tough to say, he's an advocate for the SD cars as much as anybody else, and he has the low 12's to prove it can take it.
