I had a similar encounter. At a light I lined up with a I-Roc Z28, the older ones, and I revved a few times and he wouldnt look over. I guessed he didn't want to race. I then told my friend, who was trying to get the guys attention, "Im gonna be pist if he takes off on me!" at low and behold when the light turned green he took off as if I knew we were racing.
When I caught up he had put on some sunglasses and tried to look cool as if he had just raced a fair race.
I followed him to get a real shot but he drove like a grandma the rest of the way!
