To be completely honest, I don't know how the hell you busted 3rd gear. I have heard of people messing up 2nd gear which is due to grinding, but I have never heard of anyone messing up third gear. I also never heard of anyone running a stock non-vtec Integra as fast as you have.
Fostang, the 9 second Hondas are not tube framed contrary to popular belief. He has enough HP to make it into the 9's, but he is about 600lbs too heavy and would need some suspension work. There is a full race Civic that has a best time of 10.05 and he has 480whp and made that run with an open diff. If you don't believe him, that is fine. I can't say for sure if he drives his car on the street daily, but with that HP, even with his high weight, his car should be running 10's.
