That is my goal before I graduate. And I still have over 2 years. But I am giong to be spending very little on my car (besides rear end swap this summer), so that sucks.
I have heard that about the LS1s...that they are pretty quick in 1st and 2nd gear, but once they hit 3rd they pull like a mofo. With my 3:1 gears right now my 2nd gear kicks butt, and 1st gear is decent.
