He's done just about everything you can and keep the stock bore/stroke. He bought it from a guy in Austin (where he lives) who owns an exotic car shop, and it was already pretty much tricked out. This guy takes all his cars to my cousins car audio shop to have work done and this was just one of his toys.
I don't know of any street races with flaggers or anything... But I don't it's uncommon to just put money on a race. If you're lucky, you MIGHT get someone to pay up.
I dunno... never actually seriously put money on one. I do remember a guy in a normaal 318cid Dakota want to run my buddy's modded Stealth TT for money, but he chickened out when the time came.
