A properly setup blown 347 should make 650 RWHP. Period. Otherwise, why bother with a 347?!?! The powerdyne supercharger is not up to this task.
Like you said, he has the wrong parts. It's certainly not Lidio's fault because he has a customer's 347 running mid 9s -- exactly what a blown 347 shoud run these days.
Do it right or don't do it at all.
