In this months SEMA News, there's an article about a guy named Cesar Velasquez, who runs a Focus at the NIRA events. This one is front wheel drive, and has the 2.0 liter engine. It is naturally aspirated, and doesn't use nitrous. Prior to some recent upgrades, it dynoed at 450 horsepower. It did the quarter in 10.4 @ 120 mph, with a top 1/4 mile speed of 135 mph. Since receiving a new head, the new dyno numbers are 600 horsepower @ 9000 rpm and 525 lbs.-ft. of torque @ 6500 rpm. He's having trouble getting the extra power to the ground, but has no doubt that after some suspension upgrades, he'll be in the low 9's. Not bad for a FWD, N/A, non nitrous 2.0 liter.
Take care
