I've been driving for 12 years now.....and I'm proud (knock on some serious f'n thick wood) to say that I've gotten 3 tickets (red light, stop sign, and speeding in my commuter Toyota Echo
). It's all about using your head (assuming you've got common sense). "Don't be stupid you moron!" You can speed at night, but know the area you're speeding in. Look around before you just lay rubber across an intersection. Don't have a "spur of the moment" race....know who you're running against, make a safe pass first checking out the area, and DON"T race in traffic. There's a few more rules, but my hand's getting tired
