Anything you can do to reduce restriction on the inlet side of the KB blower will increase boost. By this I mean an 80mm+ MAF, 75 mm TB, and conical air filter. Seriously, these mods will give about 2 lbs. of boost alone. With these mods and a KB blower, I was getting 8.5 lbs with the 7 lb. pulley, and 13 lbs. with the ll lb. pulley.

Wider rear tires will help too .
