LOL!!!!!! I am sure that you can make a Lightning run faster than an 11. You can make almost
ANY vehicle run an 11. If someone really wanted to, I am sure they could build a single digit Lightning. Also, with equal mods done to both a Cobra and a Lightning(heads, intake, exhaust, chip, gears), the Lightning should win for the same amount of money simply because the Cobra is N/A and the Lightning is blown....and you can haul stuff.
