I was actually looking at that exact cobra kit (13" rotors) that requires 17" tires. It is expensive by itself and requires new wheels (!) but I think it will be worth it. Right now i am looking for a 87-93 hardtop to build up for road racing (right now i just have a convert) and want to go all out, but like most people don't want to spend a lot.
