Well I kinda cheat the system (well not really). See I'm from Alberta. We don't car about the environment
and therefore we are allowed to go with off-road pipes.
My car is not here, it's in Edmonton. And when I move to Dallas I'm still keeping my Alberta plates and registration as I'm going down for less than the legal time to change my stuff over the Texas system.
So I don't worry about all that emmissions stuff. I'm just going to get burned when I finally pick a spot to move to and it's not Alberta
