That sounds like a fair deal assuming everything is mechanically sound. Like Tireburner and JL1314 pointed out, after 100K miles you can expect some things to break here and there. My car is 17 years old but only has about 55K miles on it and it's starting to show it's age as well. Just make sure it hasn't had the tar beaten out of it.
