Most people use the word NOS to describe nitrous, I've heard drag racers,old drag racers, regular people, etc...Because for a while NOS was one of the only nitrous kits available. People said NOS way before the fast and the furious came out.
NOS=Nitrous Oxide System , I know NOS is a brand, but give the uneducated a break, I mean they don't say NOS because the saw F and F. NOS has always been a term for nitrous and everyone knows this, not just the brand name. I don't know, just my thoughts.
