Well I have had my 3550 for over a year now and not a week goes by that I wish I had bought a different tranny. It has problems going into gear, especially first at times. A lot of times the tranny will stiffen up and make it difficult to move the shifter. After about a month of having it, the tranyy acted like there was no 3rd and 4th gear. The shifter just wouldn't move into either one. Just the other day it didn't want to go into reverse. I bought a Tri-Ax shifter about 2 months ago, and it hasn't helped much. I personally will never buy another Tremec for my car.
