About 7 hours per night on average, sometimes 6 but never more than 8.
Any less than six hours of rack-time and I'm below par all day, more than eight and I'm physically charged but mentally groggy for hours.
Need for sleep varies with the individual and what is too much for one is not enough for another. I believe 7 to 8 hours is about the average amount of sleep most people need to be 100%.
