Tried many different carbs and Holley are best for me so far. Parts are cheap, easy to adjust, easy to find and can be completely torn down and rebuilt in less than 45 min.
Get a regular 600 vac sec Holley. Should be plenty for your car. If that is totally out of the question then maybe the road king 625 Demon, but I haven't heard a whole lot about these yet. I truly don't see a need for a dp. I've seen many cars running 10's with vac sec carbs n/a.
