At least no fords were injured during this accident....just kidding, the important thing is you didn't slide into another car, get a ticket, get stuck in a ditch, and most importantly get hurt. My first car i slid sideways into a ditch after hitting the brakes (which like in your case caused the rear end to come around). It's taken me years of training in the art of reckless driving to now have a correctional action that can help, but i panicked the first time (after that i actually PRACTICED driving and losing control in parking lots and deserted roads). I found the best way to learn how to correct your car in emergency situations is to practice in the snow, it's alot easier to simulate losing control, when you can do it on every try (whereas when it's dry sometimes the car won't lose control). Anyways, things could've been ALOT worse, my first car got totalled. Let me tell 'ya Honda Preludes are goddam tin cans, body was twisted and smashed horribly from a 25 mph journey into a ditch, Not even head on either.
