I bought a box of computer stuff at an auction and it had 5 of the cards pictured below in the box. My brother says they are external SCSI cards. The card appears to have been made by a company called NCR and I found some info on them...
NCR Microelectronics was bought by Hyundai a while back, and is now
called Symbios Logic; its Web site is at http://www.symbios.com
???

At the top of the card it reads:
SCHM 497-0407424 ASSY PCI-LCD
The main chip on the card reads:
Chips
F65550 A1-ES
GVS60030 9638-G
Korea
NU29330
