I don't remember exactly, but all I did was go to Yahoo, and type in +American +Flag, then it came up with a bunch of categories & websites that had some COOL flag animations. Just pick one out and put it in. If it's a .gif, somehow it works better. Be sure to use {img} UBB code. I made the mistake of using {url} the first time. Wanna see 'em again?!?
