New Breed:

Don't get too fixated on HP numbers as you need a dyno run to obtain them.
Quarter-mile times are more useful judging performance, in my opinion.

As for the mods you listed, they are all good ones and very typical for a Mustang 5.0.

The 3.73 gears and the PRO 5.0 shifter don't add any HP but they can lower et by two tenths or so due to better shifting and torque mulitplication.

The exhaust, pullies and ram-air probably add about 15 HP. HP gains from mufflers are minor and ram-air does little at double-digit speeds but the pullies add 10 HP or so.

65k is low miles for a '92 but the price is a bit steep. If the mileage is real (not altered) and the body is straight (never hit) then it may be worth it. Get a CARFAX report. I would offer $6,500. and settle for a $7,000. selling price, tops.

Have the '92 checked out, on a lift, by a qualified mechanic...worth the cost. If the seller objects, keep looking.
Don't get all ga-ga over one Mustang; that's how we make bad choices.

Good luck.
