Well that sucks. My books Dont give any designation as to which 351 is the Windsor or Cleveland. Just says 351 V8 with 4 in bore and 3.5 inch stroke. (BOth cleveland and Windsor 351's had same Bore and Stroke). Sorry couldnt help out much.
