Take the rear wheels off and the drums should just come off over the brake shoes. Now having said that, I've had lots of trouble sometimes getting them off.
If difficulties arise, use penetrating oil around where the drums fit to the axle. Try using a pry bar if necessary, but not too much force. A big wheel puller could be used if you had to.
Usually though, the drums just pull right off with moderate effort.
