OK I'm gonna drop a 302 into my stang around graduation time next year. Here is my planed engine combo(subject to change). Remember this is my dailey driver. Please point of any mismatches you see in my combo.
1) 1984 302 bored .030
2) forger pistons at about 9 to 1
3) comp cam 270H( or do you think a milder cam would be better)
4) Edelbrock performer RPM (or do you think a performer would be better)
5) Holley 650cfm vacuam secondary(I know it's big, but it was free)
6) E7 heads(ported, milled, 3 angle valve-job)
7) 1 5/8" long tubes
8) off-road H-pipe
9) 2800 stall
9) trans-go shift kit
10) 4.11 gears
11) eletric fan]
What do you guys think it will run in the 1/4 mile? How much HP do you think it will put out? I hopeing for mid-13's.
