I had to code a Javascript function to keep the browser from recording each unique ad URL in the browser history array after each redirect / reload for the ad frame. Now, the browser doesn't keep track of the ad frame, and therefore, the back button can't do anything with it (more or less). I still have to play with IE3 and Netscape 2 however.
