Go with the ATI, they are very popular with modular motors next to the Vortech and Paxton. The KB, will run out of steam up high, and will probably limit the amount of power you can produce. The ATI has proven itself on many 4.6 applications, and is a better choice than the KB if you want to hit the 400 mark. Also, 96GTS was right about getting the newer cars, the GT's are all that much better because they come stock with high flow heads, so you don't have to change them to get more power (some mild porting is all you'll ever need). The older Cobras are less objectionable, and also there are a lot of problems with the 99's. If you don't want to wait until November or December for a 2001 Cobra, I would say stick with a new GT or older Cobra....
