That is what 97snakedriver is talking about, all the Steeda timing adjustor is a adjustable timing sprocket.

4.6L you can't adjust the TPS sensor like you could on the 5.0L. You can remove the air silencer, remove weight and practice. The resistor mod is not free but very cheap.

To be honest driving is everything, I bought my car in November and went to the track every Wednesday and Friday till the end of January. I started off running 14.4-14.6 and by mid January I was running 14.0-14.1 with nothing done to the car. I just learned how to drive it better.
