I think that if it only sees a minimal amount of track time, the car will last just as it would without the blower. Just to prove my theory look at the Ford Lightning... do you think Ford would put a blower in it knowing that it will only last 1/2 the normal time as it would without the blower?

Just a thought.
Also remember that the Vortech doesn't start really making boost until you get in the higher rpm range(s). So if you drive sensible and don't keep your foot planted to the floor and keep the scheduled maintenance up to par, the car will be just fine and will last a very long time.
