Whoops! I listed them backwards:

(D)Ref, (C)MAF signal, (B)GND, (A)B+V

You should probe across MAF signal and GND to determine if your MAF is working. Should be around 1.5-2 volts at idle. B+V is the battery possative terminal and should be 12V (with respect to GND).

MAF rtn is what you are looking for.
