cvenom: I appreciate (sp) the offer, but that is a bit too far away. I just missed out on the deal of a lifetime. A local small dealer sold a 96 mystic cobra that was bone stock w/40000 miles for $12K. I saw the add in the paper and he said he sold it the day before.
Ive seen the car and talked to the new owner. He didnt even realize the deal he got and I havent told him. Ive offered him 14K and he is "thinking about it."
stang1996GT: You have the exact cobra Im looking for. Black on black coupe. Enjoy your new toy. As far as gas mileage, I think your loss would be minimal. Mileage really depends on how much you get on your car. With any gear ratio if you stay out of the gas you will get good mileage, but with the "snake" its hard not to strike. Have fun, Im sure you will like whichever ratio you go with.
