I think they will but it will take some serious modification to make them work.

I am actually working on a project to install a DOHC Navigator engine. There is a guy on the corral who did this with forged internals, new cams and worked stock intake, 42lb injectors, etc and he make 398rwhp and 365 lb of torque. That's amazing and it hasn't even been tuned or matched up with an aftermarket exhaust yet.

The 5.4 weighs about 40 lbs more than a 4.6 but you will need a new hood because of the height of the engine. It is also a little wider so you will have to re-route some other things that I'm not to sure about just yet. If I can get a used Navigator engine I will bore that sucker out .20 over and really pull some trees out of the ground..
