Thanks for the reply, didn't really expect any, but hey thanks alot
The funny thing is no overspeeding, i was just pulling out of my parking lot at work, normally (not getting on it at all) went to stop just before pulling out on to the main road, pushed the clutch petal in, and felt something break and heard a ping and a pop noise, and from then on, it would barely go forward and the trany was grinding a bit.
the sick thing about that was, i had it toed to the dealer because i didn't want to make it worse, the next day the service manager called me and said they could find nothing wrong. So that day i went after work and pick up the car and there was definetly something wrong but all the service people had already left for the day, so i drove it home. the drive home (about 25 miles) made the trany problem much worse and of course by the time i got it home it was pretty bad. anyway drove it back to the dealer the next day (getting worse all the time, needless to say i was pretty pissed, and i demanded that they take the damn thing for a ride with me, and then try to tell me nothing was wrong.
so they did, and yes this time they agreed, that yah there was definetly a problem.
(sorry so long, just tring to give you the whole picture) anyway they did replace a whole bunch of parts including clutch plate, pressure plate etc, (many many prts)now there's that damn vibration, and again the dealer is saying there's nothing wrong. i think north bros. ford is probably the worst dealer in michigan, but since they did the initial repair another dealer will not touch it. sorry about the lengtht of this, but im pretty frustrated and probably need to just contact ford directly.
