The problem is that people don't replace the crank bolt and they can come loose over time and possibly cause damage to the passenger side cam area. I don't know exactly why but it happens believe me. Happened to my car and is probably the cause of my car's problems. My crank bolt came loose and I heard a noise in the cam area and I had no idea what the cause was. Once I noticed the crank bolt was loose, I tightened it up to spec and the noise was gone but power has been down ever since.

When you get these pulleys, order a new bolt because the stockers are "torque to yield" bolts and they should be thrown out after they are loosened and removed.
