Let me see if I can explain how to adjust the TPS a little better for ya. Take a metal safety pin and stick it into the green wire coming out of your TPS sensor. Loosen the screws, hook up your voltmeter positive to the safety pin and the ground to the throttle body, and adjust as necessary. I think the stock setting is around .98 volts. Sometimes taking the TPS off, taking a dremmel and elongating the screw holes makes it easier to adjust the TPS. I hope this helps.
