I looked all over for a 'glass hood for my '79 and everyone had it for '83 or '87 and up but none for '79, that is, except
Motion Performance Parts Inc. They sell 2.5", 3",4" cowl induction hoods for a little over $300.
I have never bought one from them, but I called them and the guy said it would come to a total of $330 (which includes price of hood and shipping&handling) for a 4" bolt-on hood. For pin-on, deduct $50.
