If you don't have tough emmissions I'd go with an offroad shorty H-pipe. It's $110 vs. $340(w/ cats), your choice? It will not make it un-godly loud either and it won't drone HARDCORE either. It'll sound alot meaner/tougher without the cats. You won't see THAT much more power, but it'll sound much better!, and you'll have $230 extra to spend on something else. The only reason people buy an H-pipe with cats, is if they have to pass emmissions.
