its just to the drivers side of the license plate area, its a little box with a button on it. you have to unplug it and start your car, then your car will die when theres no more fuel pressure

when your done, plug it back in, hit the button and start the car,and your done

i did about 30 fuel filters on pretty much every ford vehicle over the summer and NEVER released the pressure from the system, so its not necessary
just shield your eyes and put a pan underneath it to catch the fuel that spills out of the lines
