A 400 stroker? Sure it's not a 400M? They were pretty similar to Clevelands and I've never seen a stroker kit for a 400ci Cleveland. No matter...it really is a stroker Cleveland, with the right heads/cam/intake setup I'd say the mid 400hp range isn't out of the question. If it's a 400M, ditch it cuz that thing would make a better boat anchor than an engine. They're really dogs.
