well first of all the car is still in nutral when you push in the clutch right..what i mean is that wee can rule out a clutch disengaugement problem first

ok only thing that comes to mind is that the car wants to retard the timing too much when the clutch is pushed in..is the compuer an 9al or a 9ap???9ap had less timing pulled out..what is intial timing set at??
basically as i just answered in another post is that the 5speed computer pulls timing out inbetween shifts(when you push in the clutch) becasue 2 many people were blowing t-5's under warrenty..this remedy'd the problem..thats all i can tell you..i cant really pinpoint this problem right now..hope this points you in the right direction
