Question fuel system analyzer

Does anyone know if the fuel system analyzer at this site measures rear wheel or fly wheel horsepower? .... thanks

It figures out the fuel requirements based on whatever you put in it. For fuel needs, you should be using your flywheel horsepower to be safest.
