Default Wiring harnesses and A9L needed.

I'm converting an 88 4cyl Notch to a V8 and need a little help.

What harnesses do I need, and from what year of car? I was told I need an 87 or 88 speed density harness setup with the mass air conversion.

But what all wiring does the harness consist of? Where does it all run through the car so I know what I can yank from the 4cy car to get it ready to paint?

Thanks.
