Question fuel pressure

Hey everyone,
What should my fuel pressure be set at with my applications below? I was told to set it at 38-39psi with vacuum line disconnected, then hook the vacuum line back up.
Thanks

Maybe a dumb question, but you do have a fmu right? 38-40 sounds good but your really going to have to test it to find the best pressure, every car is different. Do you have a chip?
