Post what do you think?

Last year when I ran my car 87 lx it ran a slow 15.16 at 93mph at the time the motor/trans mounts were trashed and the struts and shocks were almost blowen out. Before it goes out again I will be repacing the mounts with the energy sus. mount kit. and the strur with 70/30 lakwood and shocks 50/50 lakwood and the timimg chain with the frpp set.Should this help and how much do you guys think it will help if any.(savving up for gears, posi unit, axles so I can have it all done at one time also saving for mac. high flow cat h pipe and shortie headers)

It might help. The shocks/struts should aid in traction a tad. I'd say it might be worth about .2 or .3 optimisticly
