Need an artist and a genius for $$$$

I am looking for both an artist and a genius. I have a propostion. Be aware that my knowledge of working on cars is minimal, but that my imagination and wallet keep me more than satisfied. I need someone to put me in contact with a company or person who can create my dream. I want to take a mint 1966 GT convertible and attach it to the frame and technology of a 2003 Mustang. The reason behind this adventure is that my wife's favorite car is the 66 GT, but she wouldn't feel safe with the children without the technology and safety that comes with the latest model cars. I realize that this is a massive undertaking. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
