Default Another boring question for all of you..

I ask fun questions... I am needing to change a caliper. I have never done it before. I've got the 91lx listed below, but it has had the five lug conversion from a 95 cobra(which I didnt do). I've taken the tire off and looked around down there. I unbolted the two bolts that hold the caliper on and then there is only the rubber brake hose holding the caliper to the car. My question is...can I undo that hose, get a new caliper and jut hook the hose back up to the new caliper and bleed the line?? Is the little knobby where the brake line goes into the caliper used for bleeding?? Any info on this process would be greatly appreciated...thank you
