Default Crossroads

Okay guys, I need some help.

I'm at a crossroads with my car. I bought this car for $2,000. Had it painted for $600. and about another $300. in badging and acessories. (Pics)

I have to replace the heater core, (or bypass it, it'll be a summer car only, anyway) the e-brake wire to the separator, and it's leaking trans fluid.

Underneath, by the nose cone of the trans, there is a metal (gasket?) with a 1'2" 90 degree bend on the bottom. This is where the trans fluid is coming from.

Car has flowmasters w/ x pipes, underdrives, new tires, and saggy doors with 129,000 miles. Loud and fast.

Should I keep it and how much to fix my leak or should I sell it for about $2,800?

I've probably already decidid, but please reinforce my decision...

Thanx,
Joe
