Default Rear shock tower brace?

first question: Has anyone heard of a bar that attaches the tops of the rear shocks (hacthbacks only) together and it is designed to increase stability? If so has any one used it? Where can I get one? and Is it any good?

Man I am asking a lot huh? thanks any way
