![]() I own a 97 cobra and i have changed the thermostat and put a fluidyne radiator in her. When I'm driving around everything is cool, literally, but when i stop and idle the temp climbs almost to the "H". Then fan comes on and it cools its down some what. But i'd like to get the fan to come on alot sooner. I heard about getting a chip burned with an earlier fan cut on temp, but I talked with a guy from dyno jet and he said the 96-97's computer will not recogize the code. Id like to get the fan to come on automatically....I know i could just install a manual switch and solve the problem, Im just trying to find another route. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanx, Jax
