![]() Hello, new to the mustang world. My first upgrade on my 91 GT is the suspension. One question. Why do some people remove their front sway bar? Isn't it there for a reason? Is there a reason to remove the rear?

![]() less weight, supposed to transfer better, and you can remove the rear for an unpredictable and unsafe ride (keep the rear)

![]() Removing the front sway bar is done for drag racing to improve the launch. This is not something you would want to do if you are modifying the suspension for better handling.
